Welcome to Rozgar.online ("we", "our", "the platform"). By creating an account or using our app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. The Service
Rozgar.online is a career and employment platform for Pakistan. We connect job seekers, skilled workers, and employers. We provide job listings, profiles, messaging, and career tools. We are a platform provider — we do not employ job seekers or workers, and we are not a party to employment agreements made between users.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Rozgar.online.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account (name, email, city).
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person may maintain one account per role; duplicate or fake accounts may be removed.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Keep your profile information accurate and up to date — including your name, skills, education, and experience.
- Only apply for jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for.
- Respond honestly in chats with employers, workers, and job seekers.
- Respect other users and communicate professionally.
4. Prohibited Behavior
The following are not allowed on Rozgar.online:
- Fake content: fake profiles, fake qualifications, fake job postings, or misleading information of any kind.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive postings, or promotional content unrelated to employment.
- Harassment: abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward any user.
- Fraud: requesting advance payments for jobs, phishing, or impersonating another person or organization.
- Illegal activity: anything that violates the laws of Pakistan.
- System abuse: attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its backend services.
5. Rules for Employers & Job Postings
- Job postings must describe real, open positions. Posting fake jobs to collect data or for any other purpose is prohibited.
- Do not post jobs that guarantee visas, earnings, or employment outcomes you cannot assure.
- Clearly state the role, location, and how to apply. Do not require candidates to pay any fee to apply.
- Respect applicant privacy — use applicant data only for hiring purposes.
- We may review, edit, or remove job postings that violate these rules.
6. Rules for Skilled Workers
- List only skills and trades you genuinely possess.
- Honor commitments you make to employers who hire you through the platform.
- Do not misrepresent your experience, certifications, or completed work.
7. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you post (profiles, job listings, messages, photos).
- By posting, you grant us a license to display that content on the platform as needed to provide the service.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Do not upload content you do not own or do not have the right to share.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Rozgar.online is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that you will find a job, a worker, or a candidate through the platform.
- Job listings are provided by employers and third-party sources; we make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee every listing.
- We are not responsible for agreements, payments, or disputes between users. Always verify opportunities independently before committing.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service (the core service is free).
9. Account Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice for serious violations (fraud, harassment, fake jobs).
- You may delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page.
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
